Late model Super Feeder housing with larger chute opening for larger kibble up to 5/8" across or slightly above. Larger kibble distribution may be possible by trial and error. Due to unlimited types of kibbles on the market, it is still not possible to predict performance. Best performance for portion accuracy is still guaranteed with recommended 1/4" diameter spherical/cylindrical type kibbles. The chute opening is about 1 1/4" high compared to 7/8" with the early model super feeder housing. The late model large chute cover protective device is also available.  It should always be used on this housing for the CSF-3 and KSF-2 feeders due to its larger chute opening being too accessible to pets if not installed.  NOTE: YOU MUST ORDER AND USE "LARGE" CHUTE COVER WITH THIS HOUSING.  All parts (except early model chute cover) from an existing early model housing will fit inside this housing.
