The DT-03 is a programmable 12VDC timer housed in a durable, weather-sealed polycarbonate enclosure designed to help protect the timer and wiring in outdoor or remote installations.
It contains the DT-01 programmable timer-DIEHL Series 884, model TA0005-and operates from a 12VDC battery or other compatible 12VDC power source. It can control a Super Feeder or serve as a programmable timed switch for other compatible 12VDC devices, including pumps, cameras, marine equipment, and similar applications.
Programming and Scheduling
The DT-03 can be programmed for up to 8 ON/OFF cycles per day, with schedules assigned to individual days or groups of days.
Its internal battery backup retains the programmed schedule and time settings when the timer is disconnected from its external power source.

Relay Capacity
The timer’s internal SPST relay contacts are rated for loads up to 16 amps maximum. Always verify that the voltage and current requirements of the connected device are compatible with the timer and do not exceed its relay-contact rating.
If your application exceeds the 16-amp contact rating-or operates close to that limit-use the timer to control an appropriately rated secondary relay or contactor. The secondary relay or contactor can then safely switch the higher-current load without placing the full load directly on the timer’s internal relay.
Installation
The DT-03 comes fully assembled, with the timer installed and internally wired. Only minor external wiring is required. Simply connect your wires using the supplied wire nuts and follow the included installation instructions.
The 12VDC power source and external wiring are not included.

This electronic item is not returnable for a refund if it has been misused, damaged, altered, or tampered with. A 90-day warranty applies if the item is found to be defective after contacting the seller. If a return is authorized, a return authorization will be issued.
Unused items returned in new, unopened condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
