The Super Feeder unit itself is made for indoor or outdoor use, but this KSF-2 unit comes with the outdoor power supply kit suitable for outdoor use.

KSF-2 Outdoor Koi Pond or Small Animal Model + Timer: this feeder package includes Super Feeder housing unit, two 2-cup clear hopper extensions (for a total feeder capacity of 4-3/4 cups), lid, chute cover, powder coated black metal mounting bracket and tie strap, 12VAC outdoor power supply kit, hardware bag, and printed operating manual and the outdoor ACAT-32 analog timer.
Flexible Power & Control Options - Ways to automate:
This combo package comes with the 24-hour format 120VAC outdoor mechanical timer - ACAT-32 (style may vary). It will give you up to 24 on-off cycles (24 daily pet feeding cycles) per day all days of the year using the non-detachable on-off tabs. Just push one tab opposite each time you want to feed your pet. This timer can also be used for other applications like holiday lights, etc... It has two 120V outlets. It also features a manual override button to trigger your feeder for additional portions. You still retain the option to use just about any type of outdoor timer or smart plug, etc. to operate your Super Feeder. The Combo deal13a is the same as this combo but comes with the ACDT-35 dual outlet digital timer. If you would like to control your Super Feeder from your phone/devices with wi-fi control, Combo deal11-wifi comes with the EP40 outdoor smart plug.
KSF-2 Outdoor Installation
There are various ways to mount your KSF-2 Koi Pond Super Feeder. The KSF-2 model comes with a black powder-coated metal “L” shaped mounting bracket and a metal strap.
